— Mid-Show Recap of Zhongyuan Shengbang at the 2025 Shanghai International Coatings Exhibition
The three-day 2025 Shanghai International Coatings Exhibition has now reached its halfway point. As a supplier deeply focused on titanium dioxide, Zhongyuan Shengbang has brought multiple TiO₂ products to the show and actively engaged with partners from across China and overseas in the coatings, inks and powder coatings sectors. With heavy visitor traffic in the halls, we have, through one technical conversation after another, delivered a solid mid‑show progress report from the exhibition floor.
Three Highlights at Our Booth
1. A White Booth That Stayed “Always Online”
Throughout the show, waves of customers stopped at our booth and raised concrete questions around sample panels, test data and real-world applications. Visiting partners focused in particular on whiteness, hiding power and cost balance of products in different systems, hoping to achieve more stable production while maintaining performance.
2. From Panels to Formulas: In-Depth Technical Exchange
Our technical and sales teams jointly received visitors, discussing on the spot—based on customers’ existing formulations—how to improve dispersion efficiency, reduce viscosity pressure caused by finer particle size, and at the same time meet environmental and regulatory requirements. Many customers directly requested follow-up joint tests, hoping to extend the ideas sparked at the exhibition into their laboratories and production lines.
3. Matching Samples with Application Scenarios
For different application scenarios such as interior and exterior wall coatings, industrial anti-corrosion and powder coatings, we prepared corresponding sample panels and parameter sheets. After on-site comparison, many customers registered for sample delivery, hoping to verify the performance of Zhongyuan titanium dioxide in their own systems and achieve a smooth transition from “learning at the exhibition” to “verification in the plant”.
Key Trends We Observed On Site
Through exchanges with many customers, peers, equipment manufacturers and raw material companies, we gained a more direct sense that, in the field of powder coatings, balancing whiteness, weatherability and leveling has become an unavoidable topic. The issue of selecting titanium dioxide grades that are well-suited to powder systems was raised again and again.
After the Exhibition: How the Work Continues
The end of the exhibition marks the beginning of another phase of work. Based on the needs and intentions collected during the show, we have already mapped out the follow-up plan:
- Within 48 hours: Complete follow-up calls to key potential customers, confirm detailed requirements, and initiate sample delivery and testing arrangements.
- Within 7 days: Arrange technical calls or online evaluation meetings according to customers’ focus points, to further discuss formulation parameters, process conditions and target matching.
- Within 30 days: Compile the first batch of application trial reports based on test and application feedback, jointly evaluate optimization directions with customers, and help drive the transition from “small-scale validation” to “stable mass production”.
